Academy Training
Academy Training Structure
The Academy training program will focus on teaching all the skills and movement patterns necessary to compete within a team setting.
Ages - 3 age categories | Grades 4-6; Grades 6-8; Grades 8-12 | Coed Program
Skill Level - All skill levels are welcome!
4 Sessions - Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer

Program Features
- Skill focus (bumping, volleying, attacking, serving, blocking)
- High volume meaningful repetition
- Constant feedback and encouragement from the coaches

The change rooms are not always open. We suggest to come changed and ready to play.
Washrooms and a snack bar are available on site. -
The gym doors are on the North side under the large wooden entrance way.

Please arrive 10 minutes early and be ready to play. We start on time!
